User Obligations and Responsibilities

1. Compliance with Laws

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations when using our services
• Ensure that your use of our services does not violate any local, national, or international law
• Maintain all necessary permits and licenses for your facility operations
• Provide safe and legal access to your facilities for our service personnel

2. Conduct Requirements

When engaging with our services, you must:

• Treat our staff with respect and professionalism at all times
• Provide accurate information about facility conditions and access requirements
• Communicate changes to facility status or service requirements promptly
• Honor payment obligations according to agreed terms
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward our personnel

3. Content Guidelines

When submitting information through our website or communications:

• You warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete
• You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• You grant us permission to use submitted information to provide requested services
• You will not submit material that infringes on intellectual property rights

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Minh Khang, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your use of our services, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Liability Limitations and Warranties

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of website content
• Warranties that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

Note: Service quality guarantees are specified in individual service agreements, not through website usage.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law:

• Minh Khang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses
• Our liability for any claim arising from website use shall not exceed the fees paid for services, if any

Liability for cleaning services is governed by individual service agreements.

7. Exclusion of Consequential Damages

Under no circumstances shall Minh Khang be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to business interruption, loss of business opportunity, or damage to reputation, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Force Majeure

Minh Khang shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, civil unrest, or other force majeure events. During such events, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure condition.

Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

11. Dispute Resolution Procedures

In the event of a dispute:

• Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, parties may pursue mediation before resorting to litigation
• Any legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the dispute arising

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Minh Khang regarding the use of our website. These terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

14. Modifications to Terms
